Our Team

In 1974 John T. Feeney pursued his goal of opening a successful roofing company servicing all facets of the roofing industry.   In 1995 John decided to relocate to Sarasota Florida from the Orlando, Florida, area where he had grown up. John has since brought together the best in the business to provide quality work to all residential and commercial customers. Among opening and operating John Feeney Roofing, Inc.,  John has served in the United States Marine Corp. and attended The University of Central Florida.  John Feeney Roofing, Inc. has been serving the State of Florida from St. Augustine to Miami and up the East and West Coast of Florida. Some of his jobs include the beautiful blue tile roof at Kanes of Sarasota, the curved metal roof on George Palermo Architect, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Cure home, and Villa Milagros. 

Chino Lopez has worked for John Feeney Roofing for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable with the installation process of all roofing systems. Chino over sees our installers to ensure our customers are receiving  the highest quality of workmanship on all our projects.  

Margi joined our team in 2018. She moved from Wisconsin to Florida in 1979 with her family. Her father was an active custom home builder in Sarasota for 30 years before retiring. Margi worked for Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Securities, selling Investment products and services to help meet her customers financial needs. She was the leading sales representative on the West Coast of Florida for 8 consecutive years and attained the highest sales throughout the state of Florida. With her knowledge of construction and her expertise with customer needs and finances, Margi has brought our company a wide variety of assets.
